Eyal Worthalter
My journey into the world of startups began during my MBA days in Boston when I first participated in MassChallenge. Immersed in the vibrant startup ecosystem, I discovered a profound passion for the dynamism of these ventures and the unique challenges they faced in their growth journey. Intrigued by the potential for impact, I dedicated my time and expertise pro bono to one such startup, contributing to their success. The value I added was substantial enough that they extended an offer to relocate me to the Bay Area and I became the CMO’s right-hand.
Over the subsequent two years, I played a pivotal role in crafting and implementing a robust sales enablement program, contributing to the startup's expansion and market presence. Following this enriching experience, I transitioned to a European cybersecurity startup that was entering the he Americas, where I embarked on the challenge of building and scaling the business. Over the course of five years, I served in senior management, across a variety of roles, from sales leadership, to product, alliances and GTM. This journey has equipped me with a deep understanding of the intricacies of startup dynamics, a proven track record in delivering results, and a commitment to driving impactful growth in the ever-evolving realm of Cyber Security.
